Blacklane is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to enhance its brand presence and engage high-value clients through strategic partnerships, events, and digital marketing initiatives. This role involves supporting both offline and online marketing strategies, coordinating events, assisting with social media, and fostering customer loyalty through CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong analytical skills and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Offline Marketing & Partnerships:

Support Senior Partnership Manager in organizing events and activations to engage high-value clients and partners.

Assist in executing offline CRM strategies to boost brand loyalty and retention.

Manage logistics for brand collaborations and activations to ensure smooth execution.

Contribute to securing retail space partnerships to expand customer engagement.

Digital Marketing:

Assist in creating and scheduling social media content to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Support influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility among target audiences.

Write compelling copy for retention campaigns, website content, and social media.

Help implement online CRM campaigns to encourage repeat bookings and customer retention.

Support the reporting of marketing performance across social media, retention, and acquisition efforts.
