Job Title: Junior IT Operations Support Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior IT Operations Support Specialist to assist in executing daily IT operations, managing documentation, and supporting infrastructure services across cloud and on-premise systems. This role serves as the first line of support in ensuring smooth IT service delivery and maintaining the department’s configuration and reporting repositories.
Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of IT operations tasks, processes, and ongoing initiatives.

Maintain and manage IT documentation, reports, and configuration databases.

Assist in monitoring, installing, configuring, and operating IT infrastructure (network, servers, endpoints, and cloud services).

Handle service requests and priority incident coordination across systems and departments.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery to internal users.

Contribute to trend analysis and operational reviews for improving IT support.

Provide basic troubleshooting for infrastructure issues including networking and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related Engineering field.

0–2 years of experience in IT operations within a multiuser commercial environment.

ITIL certification (preferred).

Working knowledge of major operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS).

Familiarity with productivity platforms like Office 365 and Google Workspace.

Understanding of IT infrastructure including network technologies, server systems, SD-WAN, and cloud environments.

Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
