AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Junior Information Manager for its Middle East Site Ops delivery team. This role focuses on ensuring digital content creation, storage, and publication adhere to industry standards, ISO 19650, and best practices. The position supports construction project delivery, proposal preparation, and internal process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure project delivery teams comply with agreed standards and best practices.

• Administer and support the Common Data Environment (CDE) for project teams.

• Support information management throughout the project lifecycle per ISO 19650.

• Audit Task Information Delivery Plans to meet Appointing Parties Requirements.

• Oversee QA/QC of LOD 400-500 construction models.

• Support construction sequencing (4D), quantity take-offs (5D), and extended reality (VR/AR) applications.

• Develop technical documentation for information management, including BEP, federation strategy, and Level of Information Need.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders for multidisciplinary project execution.

• Assist in global and regional digital initiatives and ISO 19650 certification maintenance.

• Support the creation of asset information models (AIM) with O&M data.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.

• 5+ years’ experience in AEC industry; minimum 2 years in the Middle East.

• 2+ years’ experience in digital delivery of complex multidisciplinary projects (IM/BIM).

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, ArcGIS, Synchro, Fuzor, or similar software.

• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards, LOD 300-500, and construction quality processes.

• Experience with CDE platforms such as ACC, BIM360, ASITE, or ProjectWise.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI) and automation tools (e.g., Dynamo).

• Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
