Exciting Opportunity: Junior HR Coordinator (Construction Industry)

Join a leading construction contractor as a Junior HR Coordinator and play a crucial role in managing site-based hiring activities. This role bridges communication between the construction site and the recruitment office, ensuring seamless hiring coordination and identifying new job opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

📌 HR Coordination & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the construction site team and recruitment office.

  • Ensure clear communication of hiring needs, interview schedules, and staffing updates.

📌 Interview & Candidate Management

  • Schedule and organize interviews for site-based roles.

  • Collect and relay hiring feedback to the recruitment team to enhance hiring decisions.

  • Track interview progress and support workforce planning initiatives.

📌 Job Vacancy & Workforce Planning

  • Work closely with project managers and department heads to identify staffing needs.

  • Initiate job requisitions and help generate new hiring opportunities.

  • Maintain and update HR documentation, job descriptions, and hiring records.

📌 General HR Support

  • Provide administrative support for hiring activities and onboarding coordination.

  • Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and site workforce requirements.

🚗 MUST HAVE A UAE DRIVING LICENSE!

Ideal Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, administration, or recruitment support (construction or engineering industry preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid UAE Driving License (essential).

Salary & Benefits

💰 Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances).
