Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support our finance team in analyzing and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing reports, managing monthly closings, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to ensure accuracy.

• Assist in month-end closing procedures and support in preparing closing reports.

• Support tax-related activities such as computations and return filings.

• Collaborate with independent auditors during annual audits by providing necessary documentation and data.

• Record detailed financial transactions in the general ledger and generate financial statements.

• Ensure timely and accurate disclosure of financial reports as per company policies and financial regulations.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and management to maintain up-to-date and compliant fiscal operations.

Skills Required:

• Educational background in Commerce, Finance, or Economics.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, cash flow analysis, and profitability evaluation.

• Proficient in communicating clearly with management and departments.

• Skilled in financial data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.

• Familiarity with modern accounting techniques and tools.

• Hands-on experience with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
