Job Title: Junior Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Support Services Executive – Banquets & Events to join a prestigious Hospitality & Leisure group in Dubai. This full-time role is perfect for individuals with prior experience in event coordination, who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
As part of the Banquets & Events team, you will be responsible for assisting in the setup, coordination, and breakdown of events, ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and organizing banquet setups based on client specifications and internal standards.

Support day-to-day operations of the Banquets & Events department during event execution.

Coordinate with internal teams including F&B, housekeeping, and logistics to ensure all event needs are met.

Ensure banquet areas are clean, organized, and fully equipped before, during, and after each event.

Provide direct support to guests during events, maintaining a professional and service-focused attitude.

Report any issues or delays to the Banquet Supervisor and assist in resolving them promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Open to Asian male candidates, aged 40 years or below.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in banquet/event support or hospitality operations.

Physically fit and able to manage event setup and breakdown activities.

Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.

Willing to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
