Saipem, a global leader in engineering and energy services, is seeking a motivated Junior Document Controller (UAE National) to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for recent graduates in Business Administration who are passionate about ensuring efficient documentation management for large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control incoming and outgoing project documents including drawings, procedures, reports, and correspondence.

• Ensure documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed in compliance with project workflows.

• Monitor and enforce document control procedures aligned with Saipem’s quality and document management systems.

• Coordinate with engineering teams, project managers, and client representatives to track and update document status.

• Archive, safeguard, and retrieve documentation for audits and project references.

• Generate reports such as transmittals, status updates, and overdue tracking logs.

• Support compliance with QA/QC, ISO, and audit requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE National with a degree in Business Administration.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems is an advantage.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
