iQIYI.com, a leading OTT (Over-the-Top) streaming platform, is seeking a Junior Business Development Manager to help expand its market presence and drive strategic growth. This role involves building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing deals to enhance the company’s position in the digital entertainment industry. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent networking, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Growth & Networking: Leverage existing relationships with carriers, broadcasters, and industry stakeholders to identify new business opportunities that align with iQIYI’s expansion strategy.
- Deal Execution & Sales Management: Identify, qualify, and close deals with content providers, digital platforms, and advertisers to drive revenue growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key players in the media, entertainment, and telecom sectors to expand iQIYI’s market reach.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in the streaming and digital content industry.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and technical teams, to ensure successful project execution and seamless partnership integration.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships by providing excellent support and ensuring their business needs align with iQIYI’s offerings.
- Travel Requirements: The role involves frequent domestic and international travel for client meetings, industry events, and business negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a strong record of deal closures and revenue growth.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to conduct in-depth industry research and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to business challenges.
- High adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools is an advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for business meetings and industry networking events.
