InstaShop is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support the management team in driving strategic business growth. This role involves business analytics, financial modeling, and project management. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth analyses, manage key projects, and develop financial forecasts to inform strategic decisions. They will also collaborate with business stakeholders to enhance business processes and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide data analysis and support strategic decision-making

• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and reports for data-driven decisions

• Manage key projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Create presentations and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing innovative ideas to the business

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

• Minimum 1 year experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or project management

• Proficient with business analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and financial modeling software (e.g., Excel)

• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Jira

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Previous experience working directly with executive leadership

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels
