Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Junior Billing Specialist to join a leading professional services firm in Dubai. This role offers hands-on exposure to client billing, vendor payments, and financial reporting within a structured, international environment.

Working closely with partners, clients, and the finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate billing processes, effective financial controls, and smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for a motivated professional looking to grow their career within a global firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly client billing cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies

• Process and monitor vendor invoices and payments in a timely manner

• Track budgets, accounts receivable, and support collections activities

• Assist with billing, tax, and financial reporting requirements

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and special projects

• Liaise professionally with partners, clients, and internal stakeholders

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in billing or finance, ideally within professional services or a legal firm

• Accounting qualification, finance training, or relevant coursework is preferred

• Strong numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency

• Experience using billing systems or financial software is an advantage

• Excellent attention to detail with a structured, methodical approach

• Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders

• Proactive team player capable of working independently when required

Salary & Benefits

• AED 15,000 – 22,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances
