AtkinsRéalis, a globally renowned engineering and design firm, is seeking a Junior Architect (Site Operations) to join its dynamic team in the UAE. This full-time, on-site role offers a unique opportunity for a talented architect to work on diverse and high-impact projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As part of the Site Operations team, the Junior Architect will be involved in design development, technical documentation, 3D modeling, and site coordination to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Support in developing architectural designs and concepts under senior guidance

• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

• Develop 3D models and visualizations using tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp

• Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure site implementation matches design intent

• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

• Research and integrate the latest industry trends and technologies into design processes

• Promote and apply sustainable design principles in line with local regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university

• Around 5 years of professional experience in architecture (UAE/GCC experience preferred)

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Knowledge of BIM tools and processes is advantageous

• Strong conceptual and technical design capabilities

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and sustainable frameworks such as LEED or Estidama
