ACCEL Human Resource Consultants is hiring a Junior Accountant for one of its clients based in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position, ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with at least 1 year of experience and familiarity with financial processes in the GCC region. The role involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, particularly within the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update accurate financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets as per industry standards

• Process invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions in a timely manner

• Assist in tax preparation, audits, and ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Monitor cash flow, perform reconciliations, and manage expense tracking

• Analyze financial data to support cost control and strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance financial processes

• Keep up with the latest healthcare finance regulations and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience

• Prior experience working in the GCC region preferred

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Knowledge of healthcare industry financial practices is an advantage
