Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Junior Accountant & Financial Analyst to join our finance team. This role involves examining financial data, assisting with audits, ensuring accurate ledger entries, and supporting critical business decisions through financial assessments. The candidate should be well-versed in standard accounting practices and compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze account and system-generated reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Facilitate monthly closures by computing taxes, managing fixed assets, and reconciling ledger data.

• Support the external audit process and effectively communicate with auditors.

• Prepare general ledger entries and detailed closing reports to reflect accurate firm transactions.

• Deliver financial assessments and insights to assist senior management in business decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain consistent fiscal reporting standards.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Economics.

• Proven ability in budgeting, variance analysis, and financial planning.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and other accounting tools.

• Strong analytical mindset and excellent attention to detail.

• Effective communication and coordination skills across departments and with external partners.

• Ability to generate comprehensive financial reports within deadlines.
