Job Title: Junior Accountant 

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will assist with key accounting tasks including financial reporting, tax preparation, and month-end closings. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing insights that help management make strategic business decisions.

As a Junior Accountant, you will work closely with senior finance personnel and external auditors, supporting all aspects of the company’s accounting operations in compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate financial statements to enhance daily accounting processes.

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures and reconciliations.

• Support tax return preparation and accurate computation of liabilities.

• Collaborate with external auditors during annual evaluations and audits.

• Generate financial reports to support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making.

• Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulations, and internal controls across all fiscal activities.

• Maintain clear and organized documentation of all financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Solid understanding of core accounting principles including balance sheets, cash flow, forecasting, and profit analysis.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) for financial reporting.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.

• Ability to make sound decisions quickly and manage time efficiently under pressure.
