Job Title: Junior Accountant 

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will support the organization’s financial operations by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and ensuring compliance with internal and external financial regulations.

You will play a key role in preparing financial reports, conducting account reviews, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. This position is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong foundation in accounting and grow within a professional finance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze account and system reports to ensure financial accuracy.

• Maintain and reconcile monthly and year-end financial records.

• Assist with external audits, including preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

• Ensure regular financial reporting in compliance with company policies and legal standards.

• Follow and uphold all finance protocols and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, and cost control methods.

• Strong data analysis and financial reporting skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.

• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy and integrity.
