Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally ERP/Prime and advanced Excel skills to support daily accounting operations. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and assisting in financial reporting within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and record daily financial transactions

• Handle full-cycle accounting entries using Tally ERP/Prime

Accounts & Reconciliation

• Reconcile Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank statements

• Process invoices, payments, and construction-related transactions

VAT & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist in tax filings

• Maintain proper documentation for audit and regulatory requirements

Financial Operations

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Maintain organized financial records and reports

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accountant in the UAE

• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP/Prime

• Strong knowledge of UAE accounting standards and VAT laws

• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional accounting certifications are an advantage
