Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Junior Accountant to join a leading manufacturing company in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is eager to grow their accounting career while contributing to accurate financial operations within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports accurately and on time.

• Maintain and update general ledger accounts, ensuring proper reconciliation of discrepancies.

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and employee expense claims in line with company policies.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify financial data.

• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and UAE regulatory requirements.

• Maintain well-organized and up-to-date financial documentation and records.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Good communication skills with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.

• Prior accounting or finance experience is an advantage.

• Fluency in English and Tagalog is mandatory.
