Universal Rubber Belts is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, strong data entry skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with accurate recording of all financial transactions related to company operations

• Perform daily accounting data entry and bookkeeping using QuickBooks

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payments

• Assist in the preparation and generation of financial reports

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Ensure accounting records are maintained in compliance with company policies

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and clarification

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE

• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Accounting Software

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month (inclusive of allowances)
