RICHMAN ASSOCIATE is seeking a Junior Accountant to manage and report financial data, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and UAE business regulations. This role is ideal for candidates with accounting or finance backgrounds, including fresh graduates, who are detail-oriented and eager to grow their career in finance. Candidates must hold a dependent/sponsored visa or own visa to be eligible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounts receivable, document bills, and verify supporting documentation.

• Handle accounts payable, ensure timely invoice payments, and confirm validity of debts.

• Update financial records using accounting software.

• Process payroll expenses and record entries accurately.

• Analyze financial statements and prepare balance sheets.

• Ensure compliance with UAE financial and business laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

• Experience in business setup, auditing, or accounting consultancy (UAE market experience preferred).

• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong understanding of UAE business laws and financial procedures.

• Proficiency in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with UAE banking and financial services.
