Collars & Cuffs, a luxury retail brand in Dubai’s DIFC specializing in bespoke men’s suits, seeks a Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations. Reporting to senior management, the candidate will ensure accuracy in ledger entries, statements, payroll, and compliance-related tasks. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for finance professionals with 1–2 years’ experience and an eye for precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile account balances and bank statements

• Maintain and update the general ledger

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes

• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

• Assist during tax audits and corporate tax filings

• Assist in payroll processing and HR administration, including visa processes and payroll coordination

• Manage trade license renewals, employee vacation ticketing, and government approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail or services

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Hands-on experience with accounting software and basic tax procedures

• Ability to manage HR-adjacent tasks such as visa coordination and payroll support

• UAE-based and able to work 10-hour days with a one-hour break

Salary:
AED 3,000 – AED 5,000, commensurate with experience and knowledge
