This full-time, on-site role provides an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and quantity take-offs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bills of quantities and support detailed cost estimates.

• Perform quantity take-offs from technical drawings and project specifications.

• Assist in compiling tender documents and supporting contract administration.

• Evaluate contractor claims and variation orders under supervision.

• Conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities.

• Maintain accurate records of project costs and assist in financial reporting.

• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to monitor project performance.

• Contribute to value engineering and cost-saving strategies.

• Support the preparation of monthly progress reports and cash flow forecasts.

• Stay current on local building regulations and construction standards in Dubai.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 0–2 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft).

• Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Basic understanding of construction processes and project workflows.

• Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulatory environment.

• Willingness to travel to construction sites across Dubai and surrounding regions.

• Professional certifications such as APC (RICS) are a plus.
