About the Role
Egis is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Architect Modeler to join its Design team. The role focuses on developing accurate 3D architectural BIM models and production drawings to support design development and construction documentation. The selected candidate will work under senior architects and BIM leads to ensure quality, coordination, and compliance with project standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain 3D architectural BIM models (primarily using Revit).

Prepare architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, details).

Convert conceptual designs into coordinated BIM models.

Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company standards.

Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes.

Participate in clash detection and model review sessions.

Update models based on revisions and consultant feedback.

Support preparation of authority submission packages.

Maintain file naming, version control, and QA/QC documentation standards.

Assist with quantity take-offs and area calculations from BIM models when required.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.

UAE National (Family Book required).

0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (mandatory).

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Basic understanding of BIM standards and coordination processes.

Familiarity with rendering tools (3ds Max, Lumion, Enscape) is a plus.

Understanding of UAE building codes and authority regulations is an advantage.
