Job Title: Joinery Site Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Joinery Site Engineer to manage and oversee joinery and interior fit-out works on high-end project sites in Dubai. This full-time position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in woodworking, site coordination, and fit-out execution who are ready to take ownership of quality, timelines, and seamless site delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site execution of joinery works including custom furniture, doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, panels, and more

• Review project drawings, technical specifications, and shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intent and client requirements

• Act as a bridge between the design, production, and installation teams for smooth on-site implementation

• Manage daily site schedules, monitor progress, and report on the project status to senior management

• Ensure all work meets approved quality standards and complies with health & safety regulations

• Attend project coordination meetings and provide expert technical input related to joinery and fit-out tasks

• Communicate effectively with main contractors, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related challenges

• Perform site inspections, manage snag lists, and ensure timely completion and project handover

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• 3–5 years of proven experience in joinery or interior fit-out works (GCC/UAE experience preferred)

• Strong technical knowledge of wood materials, joinery production, and modern installation techniques

• Ability to interpret detailed technical and shop drawings

• Familiarity with UAE construction codes, safety regulations, and site procedures

• UAE Driving License (preferred)
