Job Title: Joinery Project Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Joinery Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-end joinery projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and quality assurance while managing all project stakeholders and site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the execution of bespoke joinery projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Liaise with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to align on project goals and execution.

Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately for seamless implementation.

Supervise the production timeline, installation program, and on-site logistics.

Organize and lead regular project meetings, providing updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe practices and efficiency.

Maintain strict quality control, monitor site safety compliance, and manage risks proactively.

Resolve challenges, variations, or delays by adapting project plans accordingly.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in managing joinery or fit-out projects.

Strong understanding of bespoke joinery materials, production, and installation methods.
