SGI Glass & Aluminum Installation & Maintenance LLC, a leading metal and glass subcontractor in the region, is expanding into joinery manufacturing and is seeking a skilled Joinery Estimator to join its Dubai-based team. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in estimating bespoke joinery projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with project managers to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Price joinery works including materials, labor, and subcontractor services
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to ensure alignment on scope and pricing
• Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of joinery materials, construction methods, and market pricing
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all estimates and documentation
• Support procurement and project planning with cost data and material take-offs
• Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings when required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in estimating joinery or interior fit-out projects
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and construction techniques
• Relevant certification or diploma in joinery, construction estimating, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines
