About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Japanese Language Agent – Conversion & Retention to join our growing team in Dubai.

In this role, you will leverage your Japanese language expertise and customer engagement skills to convert inquiries into sales, strengthen customer relationships, and drive long-term retention. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing directly to revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Support

  • Engage with Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat

  • Deliver high-quality customer service with a solution-oriented approach

  • Maintain a positive and professional brand image in all interactions

Conversion & Sales

  • Identify opportunities to convert customer inquiries into successful sales

  • Promote relevant products and services aligned with customer needs

  • Achieve conversion and performance targets

Retention & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty

  • Proactively identify churn risks and implement retention strategies

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on retention campaigns

Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations

  • Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends


Requirements

  • Fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written)

  • Experience in call center, customer service, sales, or retention roles preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset

  • Ability to manage challenging interactions professionally

  • Comfortable using CRM systems and computer applications

  • Flexible to work shifts, including weekends if required

  • Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills

Note: If you do not have direct sales experience, full training will be provided.
