As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced ITS Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and Internet of Things (IoT) projects.

This full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi requires a hands-on leader who excels at managing complex technical projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will combine strong engineering knowledge with excellent project management capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end management of ITS and IoT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

• Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and allocate resources efficiently.

• Supervise project teams by assigning responsibilities and tracking progress to meet deadlines.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to align project execution with business goals.

• Manage the installation, design, and integration processes for ITS components.

• Oversee procurement and logistics of all necessary materials and equipment.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.

• Support post-implementation phases such as testing, staff training, and ongoing maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or a closely related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within smart solutions or ITS environments.

• Native Arabic speaker (mandatory).

• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic project landscape.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) systems or other ITS technologies.

• Hands-on knowledge of system design and integration processes.
