MB Services, a fast-growing outsourcing company in Dubai, is seeking an Italian Customer Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves handling customer queries, requests, and complaints in Italian, ensuring end-to-end resolution and superior customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have exceptional fluency in Italian and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints in the Italian language, following standard procedures to provide solutions.

  • Provide excellent customer service at every interaction, taking full ownership of customer transactions.

  • Achieve superior customer engagement and contribute to improved customer experience.

  • Ensure a significant improvement in customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

  • Exceptional fluency in Italian (both written and spoken).

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone etiquette skills.

  • High level of computer literacy.
