📌 Job Overview

As an IT Support Technician, you will be a frontline resource supporting our cutting-edge infrastructure and technology systems across Amazon Fulfillment and Logistics sites. You’ll work closely with business partners, engineering teams, and vendors to maintain, improve, and innovate within our IT environment. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where your skills will directly impact operational success.

🧰 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safe and compliant IT operations aligned with Amazon’s policies

• Install, maintain, and support all IT equipment (hardware/software)

• Manage inventory and IT assets across local and remote sites

• Communicate effectively with third-party vendors and service providers

• Maximize equipment uptime through preventive maintenance and proactive improvements

• Participate in technical projects, trials, and new technology testing

• Support shift operations, including weekends and schedule adjustments

• Assist senior engineers and contribute to team initiatives

🎓 Basic Qualifications

• Industry certifications such as:

  • CompTIA A+ / Network+

  • CCNA / Cisco

  • Microsoft Hardware / Red Hat Linux / AWS

• Strong interest and basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting techniques
