Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a technically skilled and solutions-driven IT Support Specialist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in image deployment within enterprise environments, along with the ability to troubleshoot, install, and update client software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Follow service management protocols and meet all SLA requirements.

Conduct in-depth technical research to support assigned projects and prepare detailed recommendation reports.

Participate in the installation of hardware components, updates, and bug fixes.

Contribute to the successful rollout of new products and services, ensuring operational readiness.

Manage image deployment tasks across enterprise systems, maintaining consistency and efficiency.

Diagnose and resolve issues related to client software and smartphone operating systems.

Maintain up-to-date documentation and support guides for technical procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with image deployment in enterprise IT environments.

Proficiency in installing client software and configuring operating systems based on requirements.

Demonstrated ability to perform high-quality image deployment and system setup.

Strong problem-solving skills with a history of resolving bugs and OS-related errors, especially on smartphones.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
