Key Responsibilities:
IT Support & Administration:

Provide technical assistance to end-users and manage IT infrastructure.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure cybersecurity measures and contingency planning for IT systems.

Oversee routine system backups and network management.

Implement and train employees on ERP systems when needed.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.

Manage SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (content, design, and web development).

Run paid advertising campaigns and optimize user experience.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Communication.

3-5 years of experience in IT support and digital marketing.

Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and display advertising.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.).
