Swiss International Scientific School (SISD) in Dubai, a part of Nord Anglia Education and a leader in international and bilingual education, is currently seeking an IT Support Officer to join its team. The ideal candidate will support the school’s technology infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and various IT projects across campus.

Position Overview:
As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of IT systems, supporting both staff and students, and contributing to school-wide digital learning initiatives. The role requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for IT-related queries from staff and students.

• Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain school hardware including computers, projectors, printers, and AV systems.

• Support the school’s software systems and platforms used in academic and administrative operations.

• Assist with setup and maintenance of network infrastructure and classroom technology.

• Support the execution of ongoing and future IT projects in alignment with school objectives.

• Ensure all IT operations adhere to the school’s policies on cybersecurity and data protection.

• Provide technical assistance during school events and presentations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in an IT support role, preferably within an educational or academic institution.

• Strong understanding of Windows and Mac OS, networking basics, and AV technologies.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver technical support in a timely manner.

• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French, German, or Arabic) are an advantage.

• UAE residency or ability to obtain a valid UAE work visa.
