Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support to assist with hardware and software rollouts, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in handling mobile devices, computing components, and OS deployment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Hardware & Software Deployment:

• Assist in the installation and rollout of hardware/software systems.
• Support bug fixes, updates, and maintenance for optimal system performance.

✅ Equipment Recovery & Maintenance:

• Manage the recovery of old equipment for repair and upgrades.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware components.

✅ Technical Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).
• Troubleshoot and repair various computing components as required.
• Process remote computing component and spare parts management.

✅ System Optimization & OS Deployment:

• Expand customized OS parameters through an efficient image deployment process.
• Ensure proper configuration and optimization of system settings.

Skills & Requirements:
