Aster Pharmacy is looking for an IT Strategy and Operations Manager to blend strategic thinking with deep technical expertise and business understanding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the IT strategy, evaluating business tools, creating ROI models, and driving key digital initiatives within the company. This position offers an opportunity to work across various departments and support senior management in shaping the future of Aster Pharmacy’s digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present ROI models and tech-business use case matrices.

• Support go-to-market (GTM) and sales IT initiatives.

• Evaluate and recommend eCommerce, MarTech, Business Intelligence (BI), and Analytics tools.

• Create compelling presentations and dashboards, utilizing advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Shape IT strategy and tech roadmaps, ensuring visibility and alignment with CXOs.

• Collaborate across Sales, HR, Finance, Retail, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other departments.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 8-12 years in tech strategy, consulting, or digital transformation.

• Skills:

  • Strong cross-functional business acumen and the ability to work with CEOs and CIOs.

  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.

  • Knowledge in eCommerce, MarTech, and Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
