The Arts Club Dubai, a prestigious private members’ club in the heart of DIFC, is seeking an IT Specialist to support the IT team in maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves technical support, system maintenance, network management, and AV support to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Technical Support:
✔ Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
✔ Maintain an IT helpdesk, logging and tracking tickets to resolution.

🔹 Hardware & Software Maintenance:
✔ Configure and maintain POS systems (Oracle Simphony), SevenRooms Reservation Systems, and printers.
✔ Perform routine updates, repairs, and replacements for IT equipment.

🔹 Network & Systems Management:
✔ Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure connectivity.
✔ Set up user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
✔ Support data backup and recovery processes.

🔹 AV Support:
✔ Oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment, including microphones, projectors, and video conferencing systems (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
✔ Provide technical support for live events and presentations.

🔹 Security & Compliance:
✔ Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
✔ Assist in identifying and mitigating potential security risks.

🔹 Project Support & Documentation:
✔ Support IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
✔ Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:
✔ Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
✔ Previous experience in IT support, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or club environments.
✔ Experience with POS systems (Oracle Simphony), SevenRooms Reservation Systems is an advantage.

✅ Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Proficiency in Windows & Mac OS troubleshooting.
✔ Strong network configuration & troubleshooting knowledge.
✔ Expertise in AV equipment (soundboards, projectors, video conferencing tools).
✔ Problem-solving, multitasking, and strong communication skills.
