Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role involves leading sales efforts for IT infrastructure and application solutions across various industries in the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, technically knowledgeable, and confident in building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals across IT infrastructure and application solutions.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities while maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients.

  • Product Presentations & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and live demonstrations to articulate the value of IT solutions to clients.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about emerging trends in IT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. Provide insights to refine sales strategy.

  • Sales Reporting: Maintain a structured CRM log of sales activities and produce regular performance, forecast, and pipeline reports.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and solution delivery.

  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead deal negotiations and finalize commercial terms, ensuring win-win outcomes.

  • Client Handover: Facilitate a smooth post-sales transition, ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing support coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven success in IT sales, ideally in infrastructure and application solutions.

  • Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud) and enterprise software.

  • Sales Acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a consistent track record of meeting targets.

  • Client-Facing Expertise: Ability to manage C-level relationships and adapt communication based on client needs.

  • Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with the business landscape and client engagement norms in the Middle East.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
