Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced IT Retail Support Specialist to join a leading international quick-service restaurant chain. This field-based role focuses on ensuring seamless IT operations across multiple restaurant outlets in the UAE by providing timely technical support and conducting preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-site IT support to restaurant outlets across the UAE to resolve technical issues promptly.

• Respond to critical IT incidents to minimize downtime and maintain business continuity.

• Keep accurate logs of reported issues, troubleshooting steps, and equipment inventory.

• Conduct scheduled visits to stores to perform preventive maintenance, technical audits, and system health checks.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Open to Asian nationalities, male, aged 35 years old and below.

• At least 2 years of IT support experience in the retail or F&B (quick-service restaurant) industry.

• Solid technical knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic firewall configuration, and network security.

• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, or similar).

• Must hold a valid UAE driving license and own a vehicle for site visits.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to AED 6,000 per month (all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications).

• Travel allowance provided.
