A Talent Acquisition Specialist is needed to lead IT and technical recruitment efforts while supporting various other business functions. The role focuses on sourcing exceptional tech talent for IT, digital, and technical roles, with an additional involvement in recruiting across corporate, operations, and commercial functions. The position requires collaborating closely with hiring managers and delivering tailored recruitment strategies for a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment with a primary focus on IT and technical positions.

Support recruitment across multiple functions, including corporate, support, and commercial roles.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social platforms, and networks.

Screen and assess candidates for both technical expertise and cultural fit.

Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and assist in making hiring decisions.

Maintain candidate pipelines, ensuring consistent communication and follow-up.

Track recruitment metrics and share regular updates with stakeholders.
What You Bring:

4+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on IT or digital roles.

Experience managing multiple role types across tech and non-tech functions.

Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage both active and passive talent.

Solid understanding of technical roles, tools, and terminology.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.

Familiarity with ATS tools (Oracle is a plus) and recruitment platforms.
