About the Role:
Valtrans is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, specializing in parking systems technology. This is a dynamic role that involves coordinating and overseeing IT projects from start to finish, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of innovative parking solutions. You will collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔑 Project Coordination:

• Oversee IT project activities related to parking systems, ensuring on-time and successful project delivery.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders, to plan project phases and allocate resources.

• Track project progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.

• Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.

🔑 Communication & Collaboration:

• Facilitate communication among project teams, management, and external partners to align on objectives and expectations.

• Support the development of technical proposals and project budgets.

• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.

Requirements:

🔑 Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role within IT or technical environments, ideally with exposure to parking systems technology.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.

• Proficiency in project management software and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development, and technical terminology.

• Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the UAE region are a plus.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
Additional Benefits: As per UAE Labour Law
