Raqmiyat is looking for an experienced IT PMO professional with 10+ years in project management, including 5+ years in an IT PMO or equivalent role. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and scaling PMO capabilities, managing governance, reporting, and processes. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in project portfolio management, resource planning, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:

Establish and scale PMO capabilities, including governance, reporting, and process optimization.

Manage project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.

Oversee risk management and resource planning to ensure project success.

Utilize project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.

Facilitate stakeholder management and provide strong leadership across projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management with 5 years in an IT PMO or similar function.

Skills: Advanced knowledge of project governance models, project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and best practices.

Tools: Proficiency in project management and portfolio tracking tools.
