Meituan is seeking an IT Network Engineer to manage local IT infrastructure, including procurement, installation, and configuration of network equipment and low-voltage systems. This full-time, on-site role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT network and data center system integration, along with familiarity with routing protocols and enterprise-level network architecture. The engineer will work closely with both the headquarters IT team and local service providers to implement IT solutions and ensure system optimization based on local needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Test and validate local products in line with architecture standards from the headquarters IT team

Oversee procurement, installation, and configuration of network equipment and low-voltage systems

Manage system integration projects to ensure alignment with technical requirements and local needs

Develop and implement localized IT solutions

Maintain IT infrastructure and monitor network quality using tools provided by the headquarters
-
Track and inventory IT resources, resolve service issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity
-
Coordinate local service providers to ensure efficient project execution and rapid issue resolution
-
Provide documentation and standard operating procedures, with regular reports on localized solutions
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT-related fields, or Engineering
-
At least 3 years of experience in IT network and data center system integration maintenance

Familiarity with routing protocols (Static Routing, OSPF, BGP), VPN technologies (GRE, SSL VPN, IPSec VPN), and wireless authentication protocols (EAP, PEAP, TLS)

Proficiency in network and system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana)

Experience with managing CCTV, access control systems, facial recognition devices, and UPS systems

Familiarity with key brands of network equipment, including switches, wireless APs, and cameras

Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with suppliers and the headquarters IT team

Fluency in Chinese and English, or Arabic and English, is preferred

Technical certifications (e.g., CCIE) or project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
