Emirates NBD, a leading financial institution in the MENAT region, is seeking an IT Implementation Lead to oversee and manage strategic IT projects and services across its Emirates NBD Services operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring service excellence, and driving digital transformation within the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Portfolio Management: Develop IT strategies aligned with business goals, prioritize key projects, define objectives, and lead implementation within budget and timeline.

• Service Delivery: Manage high-performing IT service functions, including the Service Desk, Desktop Support, and VIP Support, ensuring SLAs are met and service disruptions are minimized.

• Incident & Problem Management: Own and lead the Incident, Request, Change, and Escalation processes, driving resolution and continuous improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment on IT goals and priorities.

• Team Leadership: Lead a specialized IT team capable of executing complex projects and managing business-critical service disruptions.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and report IT service performance, implement improvement plans, and ensure efficient vendor and budget management.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Group IT and other departments to maintain alignment with global standards and drive cross-functional projects.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT & Systems Management)

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with strong project management skills

• Experience in financial services or banking environments is preferred

• Prince2 certification required

• Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and IT service delivery

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and driving change
