The role involves liaising between IT and business teams to support business requirements, manage initiatives, and identify process improvements. You will provide expertise in developing business cases, implementing technology solutions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between IT and business areas.

• Develop business requirements and business cases to address technology-related business problems.

• Lead department-level initiatives or support larger projects as needed.

• Manage projects according to milestones and budget constraints, ensuring timely delivery.

• Investigate alternatives using existing applications and assist in process improvements.

• Conduct training sessions and collaborate with Corporate service providers.

• Work independently to approach problem-solving with a high degree of judgment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.

• 4-7 years of relevant experience.

• Computer literacy and proficiency in English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize work efficiently.
