Role Overview:
The IRD Order Taker (In-Room Dining) will ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by taking and processing orders accurately while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and process in-room dining orders efficiently and accurately.

• Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable dining experiences.

• Set tables, communicate with kitchen staff, and serve guests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and supplies.

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.

• Handle light lifting and physical activity, including moving objects up to 25 lbs independently and up to 50 lbs with assistance.

• Uphold professional appearance, communication, and conduct.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Less than 1 year of related work experience is acceptable.

• No prior supervisory experience required.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as part of daily duties.

• Positive attitude, guest-focused, and attentive to detail.
