The company is seeking an experienced and visionary Investment Principal to lead key investment verticals, including the VVC Fund, $30M Liquid Token Alpha Fund, and the AI Agent Fund. This full-time remote role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic investments, oversee portfolio management, and foster innovation across cutting-edge industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-fund investment strategies and manage asset allocation across multiple funds.

• Monitor portfolio performance, optimizing returns through market insights.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities in blockchain, AI, DeFi, Web3, and DePIN sectors.

• Develop and implement risk management frameworks for volatile markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs, family offices, institutional investors, and portfolio companies.

• Lead fundraising initiatives and present investment recommendations.

• Manage and mentor multidisciplinary investment teams.

• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams to ensure smooth strategy execution.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years in investment management with expertise in venture capital, digital assets, AI, or decentralized technologies.

• Deep knowledge of blockchain, decentralized infrastructure, AI advancements, and emerging trends.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Proven experience managing client relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutions.

• Expertise in risk mitigation strategies in volatile markets.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, economics, or related fields; advanced certifications (CFA, CAIA) preferred.

• Experience representing firms at industry panels and conferences.

• Strong professional network in the investment and blockchain communities.
