Rookridge Ventures is seeking an Investment Partner to lead its capital strategy and fundraising efforts across both the venture studio and a forthcoming VC fund. This is a partner-track position designed for a seasoned VC professional aiming to become a General Partner (GP) and shape a modern, impact-driven investment platform.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital raise for Rookridge Ventures Ltd (studio entity)

• Build and manage investor pipelines (Angels, HNWIs, Family Offices, Institutions)

• Develop and launch the first Rookridge VC Fund – including fund structure, LP strategy, and legal frameworks

• Manage investor relations, including LP communications, reporting, and updates

• Support portfolio founders on fundraising strategies, investor alignment, and early syndications

✅ Required Experience & Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years in VC, Private Equity, Family Office, or Investment Banking

• Demonstrated success in raising funds and closing early-stage deals

• Strong LP, angel, and institutional network in the UK, US, GCC, or Asia

• Comfortable navigating early-stage environments and ambiguous strategy

• Independent, proactive, and highly ownership-driven

📈 Equity & Compensation Structure:

• Equity (10–15%) in Rookridge Ventures studio entity

• Carry and GP stake in future Rookridge VC Fund

• Opportunity to transition into a full GP role
