Position Title: Senior Investment Analyst – Single Family Office

About the Role:
A UK-based Single Family Office (SFO) is relocating its operations to the UAE and is seeking an accomplished Senior Investment Analyst to work closely with the Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and the Principal. The family office oversees a substantial real estate portfolio and a diversified fund-of-funds investment platform, and this role will play a critical part in shaping and optimizing asset allocations.

You will lead the evaluation, benchmarking, and due diligence of fund managers across multi-asset strategies, including long-only equities, fixed income, FX, and commodities. A key part of your role will be to assess the performance of existing allocations, negotiate terms, and identify emerging fund managers with strong risk-adjusted performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor existing fund allocations and performance

• Conduct deep-dive analysis and benchmarking across asset classes

• Perform due diligence on new fund managers and investment opportunities

• Evaluate risk factors, investment structures, and operational considerations

• Support renegotiation of terms and rebalancing of portfolio allocations

• Collaborate directly with the CIO and Principal on investment strategy formulation

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fund selection, manager research, and investment analysis

• Prior exposure to top-tier financial institutions in international financial centres (e.g., London, New York, Hong Kong, etc.)

• Experience working within a Single Family Office (SFO) is highly advantageous

• Strong understanding of multi-asset portfolios, performance analysis, and fund structuring

• Analytical mindset with excellent reporting, presentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously in a lean and discreet investment environment
