This commission-based role focuses on acquiring and managing high-net-worth clients across multiple regions while collaborating with veteran hedge fund managers to deliver tailored financial solutions.
Responsibilities:

Prospect and acquire high-net-worth clients across multiple regions.

Collaborate with hedge fund managers to refine strategies and proposals.

Build and maintain client relationships while managing KYC documentation.

Stay informed about global economic trends, market shifts, and compliance standards.

Partner with regional managers to expand Balfour’s international footprint.
Skills / Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably within financial services.

Established network of high-net-worth clients.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (advanced degrees/certifications are a plus).

Strong relationship development, risk awareness, and consultative selling skills.

Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage evolving client needs.
