Job Title: Inventory & Store Operations Executive

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Store Operations Executive to manage inventory, streamline store processes, and support order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, ensuring smooth store operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records.

• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to minimize discrepancies.

• Oversee stock rotation and ensure proper storage based on company guidelines.

Store Operations:

• Organize the store layout for optimal access and space efficiency.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store area.

• Enforce store security procedures to prevent loss or damage.

Order Fulfillment:

• Accurately prepare and dispatch customer orders.

• Work with the procurement team to manage stock replenishment.

• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain comprehensive logs of all stock movements—receipts, issues, returns.

• Generate and share inventory and stock movement reports with management.

• Ensure all inventory processes comply with internal policies.

Team Collaboration:

• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and customer service departments.

• Train new or junior staff on inventory protocols and store operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma required; certification in logistics/supply chain is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.

• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving stock items.

• Able to work independently and in a team-based environment.
