Job Title: Inventory & Data Entry Coordinator
Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Data Entry Coordinator to join our team and assist with product intake and inventory records through Netsuite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating Item Receipts (IR), coordinating deliveries, and ensuring effective space utilization at the storage facility.
Key Responsibilities:

Create Item Receipts (IR) in Netsuite upon physical receipt of products.

Coordinate and schedule product deliveries to avoid congestion and optimize space management.

Ensure timely and accurate recording of received goods in the inventory system.

Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics team to streamline product flow and minimize disruptions.

Maintain high accuracy in data entry tasks related to product receipts and inventory records.

Support the team with routine tasks and ensure effective communication within the department.
Skills and Qualifications:

Basic understanding of inventory systems; experience with Netsuite is an advantage.

Proficient in data entry with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Candidate:
